Delivery
It’s not easy to stuff a sofa in the back of a SUV! Let our professional delivery team do the heavy lifting for you. Your new furniture will be unpacked and assembled, carefully secured and transported on specialized equipment to ensure it arrives at your home safely and without a scratch. In your home, we take utmost care to respect your time and your home.
Service After the Sale
Furniture is made out of natural materials by human hands – and lived on by kids, pets and people alike. We have the trained staff on hand to handle furniture repairs, and we’ll help with warranty issues as well. We’re here to help long after you leave the store.
Extended Warrantees
In addition to manufacturers’ limited warrantees that protect your furniture purchase, we also offer products to extend the life of your furniture. Create permanent protection against spills, soiling and fading associated with pet stains, grass stains, blood stains, food and beverage and other stains while helping upholstered fabrics retain their new appearance longer, with no change of color, hand or flame rating. Wood, fabric and leather care products are also available.
Gift Certificates
A gift for the home is a gift for the entire family! Valley Furniture & Mattress Gift Certificates are available in any denomination, never expire and have no fees.
Children’s Play Area
While Mom and Dad choose fabrics, frames and finishes in the Room Solutions Design Center, children can play happily and safely in the adjacent children’s play area. Bright and clean, it’s the perfect spot for a little siesta from furniture shopping.
Community Meeting Space
Host your small group’s next meeting in the comfortable, beautiful and private HomeRoom at Valley Furniture and Mattress. You’ll enjoy a home-like setting – but you don’t have to set up or clean up! Bring your own snacks (we’ll provide beverages) and enjoy comfortable seating in an cozy room complete with seating, tables, wireless internet access and a dry erase board.
